Pinworm (Enterobius vermicularis) egg from the urinary sediment of a girl. Small children (preschool or later) may have pinworms. When urine for urinalysis is collected in a cup by girls, eggs around the anus may readily contaminate the urine. Sternheimer-Malbin stain, X400.
