Lecithin granules

Lecithin granules from the urinary sediment of a patient after massage of the prostate. Lecithin granules (L) are irregular-sized particles and weak yellow (in this photograph the color is not clear). Heads of sperms (S) are weak blue-green, a red blood cell (R) is weak red, and fat droplets are lustrous and high refraction. Unstain, X400.
